Transaction Coordinator
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 + bonuses
Schedule: In Office, Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking a detail-driven, organized, and motivated Transaction Coordinator to manage our contract-to-close process and support our growing team. If you love structure, checklists, and being the powerhouse that keeps everything running smoothly, this is your lane!

You’ll:

Manage the full contract-to-close process for real estate transactions

Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and inspectors

Keep deadlines and documentation on track

Maintain compliant systems and organized files

Support team listings, offers, and administrative needs

Experienced in real estate or understands the transaction process

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Excellent at communication and multitasking

Licensed (preferred, not required)

Team Assistant
Pay: $15/hr + bonuses
Schedule: Flexible (some evenings/weekends)

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and teachable assistant to help with real estate operations, marketing, and client support. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business from the ground up — ideal for someone considering a future in real estate or marketing.
