Precious was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and grew up in Wauwatosa as the youngest of four siblings. Raised by parents who have been married for more than 50 years, she learned early the importance of family, consistency, and genuine connection. She graduated from Wauwatosa West High School before earning her degree in Business Management and Marketing from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Driven by a passion for real estate, she returned to MATC for her licensing courses and passed the state exam on her first attempt. Today, she proudly serves as a Realtor with Keller Williams.
Outside of real estate, Precious enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling—especially to California—and spending quality time with her loved ones. She’s a devoted dog mom to her pitbull puppy, Popeye, and an aunt to eight nephews and one niece, a title she cherishes. Her faith is an important part of her life and guides the way she shows up for others.

With over a decade of experience in leasing and property management, Myeshah always knew she wanted to take her career further. In 2023, she and her significant other closed on their first home—a process that came with challenges but ultimately strengthened her passion for homeownership and investing. They now rent out their home, using the income to pay down the mortgage faster while positioning themselves for future real estate investments.
Currently working toward her real estate license in Illinois, Myeshah is eager to use her firsthand experience and industry knowledge to help clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Having lived in and become familiar with various suburban areas, she is excited to serve clients in both Illinois and Wisconsin, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
